🎯 Use Case

Job seekers who keep applying to the same 50 well-known companies everyone else is applying to. Discovers the hidden job market of growing mid-size companies with less competition.

📋 Prompt Template

You are a labor market analyst. Based on my skills and experience, identify 20 companies I should target that I probably don't know about — mid-size companies (50-500 employees), profitable but not famous, hiring my profile.

My skills: [TOP 5 SKILLS — be specific: 'Python, SQL, A/B testing, stakeholder presentation, experiment design' not 'data, analytics, communication']
My industry experience: [CURRENT/PAST INDUSTRIES]
My preferred location: [CITY/REMOTE/REGION]
My target role: [JOB TITLE]

For each company, provide:
1. Company name and one-line description
2. Why they likely need someone with my skills (based on their product, growth stage, or recent news)
3. Suggested job title they might post (it won't always be 'Data Analyst' — it might be 'Growth Analyst' or 'Product Data Scientist')
4. A suggested hiring manager title to contact on LinkedIn (e.g., 'VP of Data' or 'Head of Product')

Rules: No FAANG. No companies with 10,000+ employees. Prioritize companies that have raised Series B-C funding in the last 2 years — they're growing and hiring but don't have name-brand recognition yet.
Copied!

The biggest job search mistake: applying to the same 50 companies as everyone else. FAANG companies receive 200-500 applications per role within 48 hours. A Series B startup with 120 employees receives 20-30. Your odds are 10x better at the company you've never heard of. This prompt builds a target list of those companies.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find these companies without the AI making them up?

The AI suggests company profiles based on known patterns (e.g., 'a Series B fintech company with 200 employees would need data analysts for fraud detection'). Cross-reference suggestions against Crunchbase, LinkedIn Jobs, and Built In. If a suggested company doesn't exist, ask the AI for alternatives in the same category.
