Rules: No FAANG. No companies with 10,000+ employees. Prioritize companies that have raised Series B-C funding in the last 2 years — they're growing and hiring but don't have name-brand recognition yet.

The biggest job search mistake: applying to the same 50 companies as everyone else. FAANG companies receive 200-500 applications per role within 48 hours. A Series B startup with 120 employees receives 20-30. Your odds are 10x better at the company you've never heard of. This prompt builds a target list of those companies.
